Anthony G. Moccia, Jr., 84, of DeLand, Florida passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at the Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia/Flagler in Orange City, Florida. Anthony was born on Sunday, December 26, 1926 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Anthony G. And Henrietta (LaGamba) Moccia. Mr. Moccia proudly served his country faithfully in the U.S. Marine Corps serving in WWII and receiving the Purple Heart. He is also preceded in death by his loving wife Anna C. Moccia of DeLand, Florida and Anthony G. A Memorial Service will be will be 9 AM, Friday, September 16, 2011 at the Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, 1625 Veterans Memorial Pkwy in Orange City, Florida.
