A former NYPD officer Tom Sinacore loaned me a copy of Barry’s book “The Breaking of a Cop”. It is riveting and an eyeopener! His story deserves to be told far and wide. It should be made into a movie. Rest in peace, Mr. Horney and thank you for your service to the nation and City of New York.
