  7. Doyle Stewart says:

So sorry to get the news about Clayton. Over the few years we knew him and his family, they have become dear friends. Betty and family, our love and prayers are with all of you. The thing remembered most about Clayton was his being such a serious person, he didn’t laugh very often, but when he did, he laughed all over. I agree with the comment above, he surely is in Heaven smiling and fishing.

  8. Cathy Harris says:

Daddy it’s 2012 now and a lot has happened in the last several weeks. You went to Heaven on the 20th of December, then we had Christmas which was not the same without you but I know that you were looking down on us from heaven. On the 30th we had your Memorial and it was so beautiful. The Army presented Mom with the American Flag at your Memorial. You would be very proud Daddy. And last but not least it’s a New Year now. 2012!! I miss you Daddy but I know that you are now longer trapped in a broken body. It will be lonely here without you but I will talk to you and God everyday until the day comes for me to join you in Heaven. Now you can run free with the Angels in Heaven and go fishing everyday if you want too. Don’t worry about Mom I will take good care of her. I love you Daddy!

  9. Carl Peacock says:

My condolences to the family. Clayton had natural and uncanny skills as an electrician. As good as I ever met.I always looked at Clayton as a ‘natural.’ So far as brotherhood & trade went. He was a man. A loss to us all.
