Douglas William Burgess II, 18, of Ocala, Florida passed away on Friday, August 26, 2011 from an accident. Douglas was born on Wednesday, March 31, 1993 in Palatka, Florida to Douglas William and Patty A. (Chesnet) Burgess. He is preceded in death by his father, grandmother, Mary Burgess and grandfather, Robert Chesnet. Doug was a graduate of the class of 2011, Putnam Banner School in Palatka, Florida. A Celebration of Doug’s Life will be 6 PM, Thursday, September 1, 2011 at the Putnam Banner School, 820-2 Reid Street, Palatka, Florida.
