Judy Marie Windlow 64, of Palatka, Florida passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at her home. Judy was born on Wednesday, September 11, 1946 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late John Wilson and Argie Violet (Delk) Helton. She is also preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
