Ralph Eugene (Ralphy Dee) Webb, 30 of Satsuma, Floridapassed away Monday February 13, 2012at his home.  Ralph was born on February 27, 1982in Gainesville, Florida.  He loved country music, rock and roll and golden oldies.  He enjoyed bull riding, hunting and fishing. Ralph is preceded in death by his daddy, Ralph (Heavy) Webb, grandparents, Onda Lee Shackleford-Conley, Glenval Logan; great grandparents, Theodore and Louise Webb, Emmit and Della Shackleford; great great grandmother, Camille Branch;  and two great uncles, Nathan (Tiny) Webb, Kenneth Shackleford.  Survivors are his mama, Glenna (Yissle) Logan-Fox-Skipper of Satsuma, Fl.; daughter, Elizabeth Hart-Webb of Satsuma, Fl.; brothers, Henry Fox and wife, Celene, Mickey Allen, Kenneth Simon all of Satsuma, Fl., Sgt. Glennville Fox and wife, Meme of Hinesville, Ga., Jason Webb of Alexander, N.C., Daniel L.Skipper and wife, Sandra of Birch River, W.Va.; sisters, Latrell Faulkner and husband, Joey of Palatka, Fl., Shannon Simon of Bostwick, Fl.; grandparents, Ralph and DeEtta Webb of Satsuma, Fl.,  aunt, Tammy Logan of St.Augustine, Fl.; uncle, Jim Brian Conley of Palatka, Fl.; special friend and step father, Daniel Skipper of Satsuma, Fl.; numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.  A Celebration of Life Service will be Monday, February 20, 2012,  3 PMat Watts Funeral Home and CremationCenterwith Pastor Chad Perry as officiant.  Visitation will be Sunday, February 19, 2012from 3-5 PMat the funeral home.   Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at Watts Funeral Home and CremationCenteris entrusted to the arrangements. www.wattsfuneralhomes.com   A reception will immediately follow the service at Dunn’sBaptistChurch inSan Mateo, Fl.
