Richard A. Haring 46, of East Palatka, Florida passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at his home. Richard was born on Wednesday, February 24, 1965 in Cleveland, Ohio to Edward R. Lands of East Palatka, Florida. Many other family and friends who will miss him dearly. A Tribute to Richard’s Life will be 6 PM, Thursday, August 25, 2011 at Watts Funeral Home Chapel.
